Energy balance in wastewater treatment plants

This masters thesis is dealing with energetic evaluation of selected municipal WWTP – WWTP Polička. First chapter, introduction explains basic terms and goals of thesis. Second chapter explains energy audit, energy audit process its scope and contents. Third chapter deals with assesing life cycle using LCA (life cycle assesment). Fourth chapter deal with energy consumption at WWTP in Czech Republic as well as in the world. Fifth chapter describes technology of WWTP Polička and its fundamental objects. Sixth chapter is assesment of WWTP Polička from hydraulic point of view and assesment of selected machinery. Further there is summation of capital and operational costs followed by capital investment return.

Energy assessment of civil buildings

The aim of the thesis is the energy rating of buildings. The introduction included the issues of the topic, including normative and legislative regulations, process energy performance certificates along with energy audits for residential building. The object is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental. Within the energy audit was designed and evaluated austerity measures.

Energy optimization of the administrative building

The diploma thesis deals with the energy audit of administrative building. In the theoretical part I described the heat pumps. In a calculated part I proposed austerity measures and created of them saving variant. I chose the most suitable variant and assess it from an economic and ecological point of view. In the third part, I use the calculation program to optimize the building.

Improving energy efficiency in industry

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the increase in energy efficiency in industry. The energy consumption is globally one of the cardinal topics. A significant part of the energy is consumed by industry, and therefore it is necessary to search for such measures to increase the energy efficiency of industrial processes. Current attitude aims at the installation of more effective machines, devices or the waste heat recovery. Especially the scientific community is concerned with the possibilities of process optimization from the point of settings and process integration, production planning, using software solutions. Both approaches are analysed in this work and based on that current state as well as the potential of the energy savings are evaluated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the energy performance of the TJ Sokol Moravské Budějovice building. The assessment has been realized by the method of energy audit and energy performance certificate. The building has been assessed based on the energetic, economic and environmental aspect. As a part of the audit economy measures have been drafted and evaluated.

The theme of this master's thesis is the elaborating of an energy audit according to the valid legislation in the Czech Republic a five-storey apartment building. The master's thesis consists of three main parts. Theoretical, Computional and Energy Audit. The theoretical part focuses on the theme of solar thermal collectors. In the calculation part, the energy consumption of the assessed object is analyzed in both the initial and the new state. The energy audit is drawn up in accordance the Decree number 480/2012 Sb. in the current version.

The main part of the thesis describes auditing procedure of landry care proces, by using tool-kits of the program. The methodology and integrated features of program, are intended to speed up work of auditor. Summary of experience during testing a program, show the possibilities of using the program. The thesis is written in slovak language.

In this bachelor´s thesis are summarized the most important changes of energy asessment of building that brought novel of law 406/2000 Sb. about energy management in 2012. There are also stated requirements of legislation EU on the energy asessment of building and form to use in Czech republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is also analysis available conducting decrees for laws and how will it effect projection and technical practise. In second part there is the energy asessment and energy audit of block of flats.
